Sue is a seasoned Environmental Project Manager with over 15 years of industry experience, ranging from hands-on fieldwork to leadership roles. Her core expertise includes conducting Phase One, Two and Three ESAs for a variety of property types, with a strong focus on soil and groundwater quality assessments and remediation strategies.

At Niagara Soils Solutions Ltd., Sue is responsible for managing the preparation and review of Phase One and Two ESA reports, Record of Site Condition filings, Brownfield redevelopment projects, and Excess Soil Management plans.
