Jacob Toldi is a promising Environmental Field Technician at NSSL. Armed with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies Geography and Environmental Management degree from the University of Waterloo, along with advanced diplomas in Ecosystem Management Technology from Sir Sandford Fleming College and Ecosystem Restoration from Niagara College, Jacob brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical expertise to our team.
Jacob boasts over two years of hands-on experience in the environmental, conservation, and parks industry. His early career saw him working in Conservation and Parks as a Field Assistant and Trail Ambassador, where he played a crucial role in the preservation of natural habitats and fostering a sense of environmental stewardship among trail-goers.
Jacob's academic background has equipped him with a solid understanding of legislation and policy, that has been useful for understanding the appliable regulations associated with NSSL’s projects. As an Environmental Technician, Jacob plays a pivotal role in our environmental initiatives. He conducts fieldwork expeditions with precision and care, collecting data that informs our environmental management strategies. His attention to detail and analytical skills ensure that our projects are executed effectively and in compliance with regulatory standards.
