Emily recently joined Niagara Soils Solutions Ltd. as a Professional Geoscientist, bringing more than eight years of environmental consulting experience and further strengthening NSSL's growing environmental services team. Her expertise in environmental due diligence, hydrogeology, remediation, and regulatory compliance enhances the comprehensive solutions NSSL provides to clients throughout Ontario.
As a Qualified Person, Emily provides professional oversight for Phase One and Phase Two Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Record of Site Condition (RSC) projects, excess soil management, hydrogeological investigations, and remediation initiatives helping clients navigate environmental requirements with practical, cost-effective solutions. She works closely with developers, municipalities, industrial and commercial clients, legal professionals, contractors, and regulatory agencies to navigate Ontario's environmental regulations while delivering practical, technically sound solutions that keep projects moving forward.
Emily is recognized for her collaborative approach, strong technical expertise, and commitment to delivering responsive, client-focused service. She enjoys working alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex environmental challenges while building lasting relationships founded on trust, communication, and technical excellence. She is committed to delivering high-quality, responsive service and practical environmental solutions that support successful project outcomes.
Emily holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from Brock University and is licensed as a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) with Professional Geoscientists Ontario. As Niagara Soils Solutions continues to grow, Emily's addition expands the firm's technical expertise and reinforces its commitment to providing trusted, high-quality environmental consulting services throughout the Niagara Region and beyond.
